Hey everyone! As you may know, I was nominated for the Liebster Award twice last month, and NOW I was picked for a blogger tag! (My first blog tag ever – so I’m SUPER excited!)
Dee at Morning Coffee with Dee tagged me for the Social Media Blog Tag, created by Chloe Lauren. It’s a wonderful way for bloggers to interact with each other and to recognize them for their work — no matter their niche or style. It’s also a great way to learn about other bloggers out there and really support each other. LOVE IT.
I’m super stoked that I was tagged in this as it was a complete surprise and a super sweet gesture. So thank you so, SO much Dee! If you haven’t read her blog yet, definitely check it out. She is also a fairly new blogger and has written some pretty cool stuff from all different topics. You can find awesome DIY’s, bullet journal spreads, life advice, and beauty and fashion inspiration — so don’t miss out!
- Thank the person who tagged you
- Choose a blogger for each category and explain why you tagged them
- Tag others to do this (up to you how many)
Instagram – A Blog With a Design You Love
I recently came across Celeste’s blog but fell in love with it right away. The design is so sleek, classy, and simple, and her posts are super interesting. You can find anything from blogging tips, to more personal travel and lifestyle posts. Her pictures are also very pretty and I can’t stop scrolling through her blog!
Facebook – A Friendly Blogger
We started following each other last month and bonded over the fact that we’re both Americans living abroad. She writes interesting content about her travels and her life in Denmark. She is also super sweet, has beautiful photos, and makes me want to visit ASAP!
Twitter – A Blogger Who Could Write Just 140 Characters & You’d Still Love them
I seriously love all of Faye’s tweets to begin with, but her blog itself is super interesting. She blogs about a little bit of everything (so maybe I should also put her in the Tumblr category), but seriously. Her posts are about ways to be motivated and positive, as well as deeper societal conversations we need to have. She gets down with every topic society is currently dealing with and each post she writes is something we should all read and see from a different perspective. It’s definitely a different type of blog but with super important and eye-opening content.
Youtube – A Blog That Keeps You Entertained
*The category I was tagged for. Thanks Dee!!*
This beautiful lady should also be nominated for the Tumblr and Instagram categories because her blog is AMAZING. She literally writes a little bit of everything and it is all so genuine and relatable. She has easily become one of my favorite blogs and I really can’t get enough. Her blog is also great motivation for those with bloggers block! She literally shows you that you can write about anything and everything and make it shine.
Snapchat – Blogger Who’s Updates You Can’t Wait For
Michele blogs about a little bit of everything and every new post is a surprise. She gives great tips, makes you feel better about yourself, and makes you want to push yourself harder. My favorite posts from her are her daily and weekly mantras. She really radiates positivity even through her words and makes you have no other choice but to be better. Love her blog so much!
Tumblr – A Blog That is Very Diverse & Has Variety
This Southern Belle is still getting her blogging game on, but so far she has a good range of posts. From college advice and experiences to fashion and tips on how to take care of yourself. Her blog makes me motivated to get my stuff together and make no excuses! Love it and can’t wait to read more from Valerie.
Pinterest – A Blog Full of Creativity & Inspiration
Kuleigh seriously has an impressive and inspirational blog. She has a clean layout with beautiful pictures and great DIY’s and ideas. From how to stock a bar cart, to having house plants at home, and even to the music she listens to…she has a lot to look at and makes me want to get my own house ASAP so I can start decorating.
Everyone mentioned above is tagged/nominated for this blogger tag but ANYBODY can participate and show love to their favorite bloggers. This is what separates it from an award and really lets us build a supportive blogging community. So for all those I tagged, congrats!
I hope you enjoy participating in the tag, if you choose to do so. Also, let me know so I can check it yours out and everyone you nominated!
All of the blogs mentioned above are ones you should definitely check out and follow. They offer SO much and are a great way to expand your blog list!
I also want to take a quick second to send extra love (AND NOMINATE) Tyra from Too Chinese for U and Lauren from World of Roses. They both nominated me for the Liebster Award not too long ago and I really appreciate them for supporting me from the beginning. It is really comforting and encouraging when other bloggers actually read what you write and enjoy it — especially when you’re first starting out. So thanks a lot girls!
For any of you who decide to participate in this tag, feel free to link the post in the comments. We can also use the tags as a list of bloggers to check out whenever we are in the mood for reading new blogs (which is like all the time)!
Can’t wait to read and follow many more blogs out there! 🙂
